Wilkommen in Wien!

We have only been in Vienna for a few hours and we already feel famous!  After many hours of travel we were greeted by our tour guide for the week, Trixie, a vivacious Viennese native who provided us with a rapid fire history lesson of Austria and Vienna. It is a bit cold and rainy here in the city today but we hearty New Englanders are no strangers to that so we bundled up for a quick walking tour of the city centre and saw incredible sites including  St. Stephen's Cathedral, the exterior of the Winter Palace of Prince Eugen of Savoy and Peterskirche where Voices of New England will perform on Saturday afternoon.  

Upon arriving at our hotel, the group was greeted with a poster announcing their appearances throughout the city over the next four days.  How exciting!
